It is almost impossible to give a blanket price on any of our cleaning services  because with each enquiry we carry out an assessment to evaluate the condition of the area which needs to be cleaned, any conservation issues, the ammount of professionals needed on the job, the length of time the job will take and determine the best piece of cleaning apparatus or machinery to get the job done. We also weigh up accessibility, if any scaffolds or mobile elevating platforms are needed and if there are services (e.g water and electricity running to the site).

Our experience has taught us that it’s much better to base our costinsg on honest assessments and professional evaluations of what is needed to get your exterior cleaning up to an optimum standard of clean. We are not ‘bish, bash, boshers’ – we are considered, precise and intemtional in our approach to cleaning and this ethos starts from the pricing up. When relying on a standardised per sqaure meter cost you may also be receiving a very basic clean irrepective of whether your job requires a more bespoke or property specific methods.

We tend not to work weekends becuase we want to get the work / life balance right. That being said if you have very specific cleaning needs or an emergency cleaning requirement e.g if you need offensive grafitti removal or emergency gutter clearing please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

As long as we have clear, safe access to all points of the property that need cleaning and access to a water supply you don’t necessarily need to be at home.

We can clean all hard exterior surfaces. From roofs and render to retail parks – we clean it all.

We are restoration focused. This means we restore things to it’s original condition. For example,has the brick facade on your property been painted making it difficult for the brick to breathe? We can remove the paintwork and restore the brick to its original condition. Or do you have coping stones which are very badly discoloured? We can carefully and expertly restore the stone to its original glory.

Conservation areas, heritage sites and listed building need a delicate touch and careful consideration. We use specialist English Heritage approved cleaning and restoration equipment.
